Pamela Clark
Principal

Pamela founded Clark Concepts Graphic Design in December 1997. She is a marketing services and graphic design professional with more than 16 years of experience designing and developing branding strategies for a variety of industries. Pam is committed to providing Clark Concepts' clients with top-notch quality design and service. She has built a solid client base by gaining customer loyalty over the years. Most of Clark Concepts' work comes from referrals from other satisfied clients.

Pamela has a B.A. in Visual and Performing Arts, Imaging and Digital Arts Concentration, from The University of Maryland Baltimore County, and an M.A. in Liberal Arts, Publication Design Concentration, from the University of Baltimore.

Pam received an 'Innovative Technology' award from Phillips Publishing International and has been featured in The Gazette's Maryland Women Business Leaders.

Walt Irby
Print and Web Designer

Walt provides both print and Website design support to Clark Concepts. He is proficient in creating print graphics as well as designing, developing and maintaining Websites. Walt is experienced in HTML, HTML5, CSS, PHP and MySQL coding and is proficient in Dreamweaver and Coda Website development software. He provides his art talent and creativity to Clark Concepts through his diverse range of creative background. Walt graduated from Boston University with a B.S. degree in film production and has spent the last few years immersed in the world of the Web.

Jon Weaver
Senior Designer
A diverse graphic artist, Jon is a senior designer with over 10 years of professional experience providing designs for brochures, advertisements, flyers, mailers and Website design for various industries and organizations. Jon is also a talented "Flash" developer providing technical and design support for Clark Concepts' Website projects. He is an advanced user of all the programs that encompass Adobe Creative Suite (including Photoshop, ImageReady, InDesign, and Illustrator as well as Quark and Power Point). Jon has been providing design support to Clark Concepts as an independent contractor for over 6 years.

Kimberly Price
Project Manager
Kimberly brings an ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with finite attention to details ensuring execution of the client’s project plans. Kimberly also offers understanding and flexibility in meeting the client’s needs and their changing requests while setting appropriate expectations for all parties. Kimberly may serve as the primary focal point to customers during the development phase - from inception to completion. She helps guide clients and establish balance between creativity and realistic expectations. She has a Bachelor degree in Finance and Economics from UNC at Greensboro. She has demonstrated an increased awareness of budgetary limits and an ability to meet terms within a Statement of Work.

Dave Parks
Programmer
Dave is a seasoned computer programmer with a BS in Computer Science and a background in teaching computer technology in the corporate environment for nearly 20 years. Over the past 8 years, he has supported Clark Concepts as an independent contractor, providing back-end Website development for all of our Website projects. Dave is skilled in various Website development coding such as advanced HTML, CSS style sheets, ASP programming, PHP programming, javascript programming, database development, ongoing site maintenance.
